See what AI says about you now; then, if you want it, ten public-panel prompts through four API engines† with every named / not-named decision confirmed by a person, by email in three business days.

What you get, what you will not get, timeline
Who it is for
Any business aviation company that wants to know whether it is in the answer at all before spending anything.
What you get
  • Ten public-panel prompts for your segment, not custom, through four API engines — 40 logged runs.
  • Every named / not-named decision confirmed by a person.
  • The competitor names that appeared and the pages cited.
  • One sentence per engine on how it describes your company, and the raw log.
What you will not get
No gap analysis. No fixes. No custom prompts. One run per engine, so no measurement of variance. No consumer-app checks. No call unless you ask for one. The Diagnostic is where prompts are built with you, repeated three times, checked against Google AI Overviews, audited and turned into a 90-day plan.
Timeline
3 business days from the confirmed prompt list.

01 · AI Visibility Diagnostic

$1,000 until Edition 1 of the Index (January 2027), then $1,500

Forty prompts built with you, three repeats through four API engines plus a licensed Google AI Overviews check, five named competitors, the audits and a 90-day plan. Credited in full against a Pilot.

What you get, what you will not get, timeline
Who it is for
Operators, brokers, FBOs, MROs, management and sales firms, fuel suppliers and vendors who want to know exactly where they stand before spending on anything.
What you get
  • A panel of 40 buyer questions built with you for your segment, routes, airports or capabilities — custom, unlike the Snapshot's public-panel prompts.
  • Three logged runs per prompt per engine through the official APIs of OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude (480 answers), each with timestamp, model, measurement surface and answer text; plus a licensed Google AI Overviews check on the same prompts, reported in its own column; the vendor is named on the methodology page.
  • Share of voice for you and five named competitors, per engine and per prompt cluster, with variance.
  • An entity accuracy audit: how each engine describes your company, and what it gets wrong about fleet, bases, ratings or certificate.
  • A crawler, rendering and robots audit of your site, and a page-level extractability check.
  • A third-party presence map: the lists, directories, YouTube, Reddit and trade-press pages engines cited, and which of them you are absent from.
  • A 12–15-page report, a 45-minute readout with the people who did the work, and a prioritized 90-day plan.
What you will not get
A ranking. We report share of voice with variance, because a rank from one run is noise. 1
Timeline
Two weeks from panel sign-off.

02 · 60-Day Visibility Pilot

$7,500 fixed, less your Diagnostic credit

We correct your facts on your site and in the directories engines cite, open crawler access, publish four quotable pages and attempt six placements. Day 60: the same panel re-measured, change shown with its variance, and a written continue, pause or stop.

What you get, what you will not get, timeline
Who it is for
Companies that have a baseline (or will get one in the first two weeks) and want a bounded first engagement with a clear end and a written continue-or-stop recommendation.
What you get
  • Days 1–14 — Baseline. Thirty runs per prompt: six repeats through each of the four API engines (24 API runs per prompt, 960 in total) plus six licensed Google AI Overviews checks per prompt, in its own column. A Diagnostic already delivered is topped up from three to six repeats in this window, so baseline and day 60 are measured identically.
  • Days 10–25 — Entity block and trust-signal page. We write and publish your machine-checkable facts: certificate or AOC, ratings with audit dates, SMS statement, fleet by type and tail count, bases by ICAO code, capabilities, service area — dated and source-linked, on your site with an Organization/Service/Person structured-data graph, and in the directories and trade sources engines retrieve from. 2
  • Days 15–45 — Four quotable pages. One buyer question each, 1,000–2,000 words, dated, two or three statistics per section with inline citations, and a comparison table where honest. 3
  • Days 15–20 — Crawler access. Your robots.txt is set to the answer-engine crawler policy on our methodology page; rendering and structured data are fixed where they block extraction.
  • Days 20–55 — Six placements attempted. Two directory listings, two third-party list inclusions, one trade-press pitch, one YouTube or LinkedIn asset. We report every placement attempted, won and declined. 4
  • Days 55–60 — Re-measure. Same panel, same surfaces, the same 30 runs per prompt (960 API runs plus the AI Overviews column), so the comparison is like for like. The report counts the work delivered — errors corrected, pages published, access opened, placements secured of six attempted — shows share of voice as a trend with its variance, and ends with a written recommendation: continue on a tier, pause, or stop.
What you will not get
A promised lift. Sixty days is enough to fix facts and earn first placements; it is not always enough for every engine to pick them up. So the Pilot is judged on work delivered, and share of voice is reported as a trend with its variance.

03 · Retainers

Single-Base $1,500 · Core $3,000 · Growth $6,000 · Enterprise from $12,000 per month

The work a tracking tool does not do: placements attempted on the lists and directories engines cite, fact pages kept current, listing errors corrected, crawler access checked. Then the same prompts logged every month, variance shown.

What you get, what you will not get, timeline
Who it is for
Single-Base for one location: an independent FBO at one airport, a single-shop MRO, or an operator flying from one base; Core for operators under 10 aircraft with more than one base, independent brokers, and FBOs and single-shop MROs that want new pages every month; Growth for fleets of 10–40 aircraft, FBO chains, multi-shop MROs, management and sales firms and most software vendors; Enterprise for top-70 fleets, MRO networks, fuel suppliers and larger software vendors.
What you get
  • Monthly API measurement against named competitors, with variance: Single-Base 20 prompts, Core 40, Growth 80, Enterprise 150+, each × 4 API engines × 5 repeats — with the licensed Google AI Overviews check in its own column.
  • Quotable pages every month (2, 4 or 8 by tier), new or rebuilt; at Single-Base, one location fact page kept current instead.
  • Placements attempted and secured every month (every quarter at Single-Base), with every attempt reported.
  • A mentions program at Growth and Enterprise: YouTube, trade press, executive LinkedIn drafts, disclosed Reddit/Quora participation.
  • Entity and trust-facts refresh monthly; crawler access checked monthly; an engine-correction program at Enterprise.
  • A shared dashboard with run logs downloadable (derived data for all engines; verbatim text where the engine's terms allow), a named strategist and a 24-hour response.
What you will not get
Keyword stuffing, programmatic page volume, llms.txt as a lever, fake or incentivized reviews, Wikipedia editing on your behalf, automated querying of consumer AI apps, and guaranteed rankings or citations. 567
Timeline
A three-month initial term, then month to month (Enterprise: then quarterly).

Measurement only: the Index Benchmark subscription, $500 per month or $5,000 per year — your brand and up to ten competitors, prompt by prompt, engine by engine, from the first run. No services, no influence over the Index.

What it includes and what it does not buy
Who it is for
Firms that want the measurement and nothing else, including firms that will never buy services.
What you get
  • A private monthly page with your share of voice per engine and prompt cluster, prompt-level detail and the run log for runs in which you are named (where provider terms permit).
  • Up to 10 named competitors tracked the same way.
  • Trend charts from your first month.
  • Each public edition seven days before publication.
  • CSV export.
What you will not get
Any influence over the Index. Subscribers and non-subscribers are measured identically; subscribers may not propose panel prompts; and because a subscription is a paid relationship with the Index publisher, subscribers carry the same visible marker in every Index table as clients do. The Index charter applies.

Third-party directory or listing fees where a directory charges (passed through at cost, no markup); sponsored trade-press content, which we generally recommend against; travel to your site if you want us on the ramp.
What we do not sell
Paid ads, review generation, link buying, "AI content" at volume, llms.txt "optimization", Wikipedia editing on your behalf, guaranteed rankings. And we never sell placement in our own articles, lists or the Index: no sponsored "best of" slots, no paid inclusion (see the editorial independence policy).

Market context

For comparison, published 2026 AEO price guides put one-time audits between a few hundred dollars and about $3,000, 89 mid-market retainers at $2,000–$10,000 per month and enterprise work at $10,000–$30,000+ per month; 108 published aviation-adjacent price points include a £750 credited diagnostic 11 and a $10,000 30-day pilot with $15,000–$25,000 monthly retainers. 12 Our prices are set to sit inside the documented marketing budgets of operators under 10 aircraft 1314 and to stay well above the level at which "AEO" is rebranded SEO.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise

  • Logged, repeatable measurement with the run data (where provider terms permit).
  • Named people doing the work.
  • Published prices.
  • A three-month initial term and then month to month.
  • A written monthly report you could hand to a skeptic.

We do not promise

Any rank, any traffic figure, any number of inquiries, or that any engine will name you. AI answers vary by engine, account, region and day, and we measure that variance rather than hide it. 1

Questions buyers ask before choosing a rung.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT recommends us?

No. Nobody can. Answer engines build each response from retrieval plus model judgment, and the brand list changes between runs. 1 What we can do is raise how often you are named across many runs, and show you the log.

How is this different from SEO?

SEO earns a position on a results page. AEO earns a mention inside an answer. They overlap — engines retrieve from search indexes — but the levers differ: third-party lists, breadth of mention, quotable facts and entity clarity matter more than keyword volume. 46

Do we need a new website?

Usually not. Most fixes are entity facts, a handful of answer pages and off-site placements. If your site cannot be crawled or is rendered only in the browser, we will tell you in the Snapshot.

Do you work with our competitors?

We take one client per segment per primary market (for example, one Part 135 operator based in the New York metro). The Index is edited independently of client work — see our editorial independence policy.

Editorial independence policy

Why is the Snapshot free but the Diagnostic paid?

The Snapshot is ten public-panel prompts run once per engine — enough to see whether you are in the answer at all, not enough to measure it. The Diagnostic is 40 prompts built with you, three repeats through four API engines (480 logged runs) plus a licensed Google AI Overviews check, with the audits and a 90-day plan. It is credited in full against a Pilot, so if you continue to one, it costs nothing extra.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual prepay on a retainer carries a 10% discount. The Index Benchmark is $5,000 per year.

What happens at the end of a Pilot?

You get a written recommendation: continue on a tier, pause, or stop. "Stop" is a real option and we will say it when we have run out of leverage.
