Part A — The Index charter
1. No pay for inclusion, position or panel changes
Clients and non-clients are scored identically; prompts are chosen for buyer realism, never to flatter a client. There is no sponsorship, advertising or paid placement in the Index.
2. Client disclosure
Every brand that is a current or past-12-month client of any paid service, an Index Benchmark subscriber, or a recipient of free or discounted work under a design-partner arrangement, carries a visible marker in every Index table.
3. Panel governance
Prompt changes are proposed monthly, applied only at quarter boundaries, and logged publicly with reasons. A client or subscriber may not propose prompts.
4. Independent reviewer
An independent editorial reviewer — a working journalist or academic with no commercial relationship to AI Says You, its clients, aisba.ai or Tuvoli — reviews each public edition's adherence to the methodology, recomputes a sample of scores from the private raw log, and signs a review note published with the edition, for a fixed honorarium per edition and nothing else.
5. Recomputable data
Every public edition ships the derived run log (prompt, engine, model, timestamp, region, extracted entities, positions, cited domains; individuals' names redacted) so anyone can recompute the scores; verbatim answer text where the engine's terms permit.
6. Separation from aisba.ai
The Index is hosted on aisaysyou.com, never on aisba.ai; no aisba member content, survey or discussion is used in panel construction.
6a. Tuvoli
The founder's position regarding Tuvoli is stated in Part D. While it is unconfirmed, or if an interest exists, the vendors and software segment excludes the charter sourcing, booking and payments category entirely, and any later inclusion of that category is scored blind by the independent reviewer with Tuvoli marked. If there is no interest, this charter says so in one sentence.
7. Corrections
A public corrections log; any brand may dispute an attribution and the dispute is logged with the outcome.
8. Exit option
If the conflict of interest becomes unmanageable, the Index may be transferred to a neutral body such as an industry association under license.
Part B — Relationship with aisba.ai
aisaysyou.com is operated separately from aisba.ai. aisba.ai is the members-only community created at the AI Symposium for Business Aviation (AISBA) 2026, an event organized by Tuvoli, NATA and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 12 aisba.ai promises its members that sponsors get no influence and that what is shared inside stays inside. This policy is designed to keep that promise while the same person is involved in both.
9. Structural firewall
AI Says You is a separate business, brand, domain, bank account, mailing list and CRM from aisba.ai, with no shared logins, analytics or data stores with aisba.ai or Tuvoli. aisba.ai staff or volunteers do not work for AI Says You unless disclosed and outside their aisba role.
10. Member content is untouchable
Nothing posted, said, asked or shared inside aisba.ai — discussions, surveys, events, messages, member lists — is used by AI Says You for any purpose: not for prompt panels, content, case studies, the Index or outreach.
11. No solicitation inside the community
No messages, posts, threads, newsletters or event slots promoting AI Says You inside aisba.ai. The member roster is not a prospect list and is never exported. Members who want our services come to us through public channels like anyone else.
12. Opt-in only, outside the community
If aisba.ai's governance ever lists service providers for members, AI Says You appears only alongside competitors, with the founder's ownership disclosed, and only after a governance decision from which the founder is recused.
13. Prompt sourcing
Buyer questions for the Index panel are collected only through the Buyer Question Program: the public opt-in form on aisaysyou.com and interviews conducted for that purpose with written consent. If aisba.ai ever runs a member survey for the community's own benefit and publishes aggregates, we may cite the published aggregate like any other reader, never the raw responses.
14. Disclosure everywhere
The founder's ownership of AI Says You, the founder's role at aisba.ai, and any Tuvoli role or stake are stated on this site's About and Index pages, on the founder's aisba.ai profile, on LinkedIn, in press biographies and in every Index edition.
15. No preferential treatment inside aisba.ai
Clients of AI Says You receive no moderation advantages, featured placement, speaking slots, introductions, early access or amplification inside aisba.ai. Moderation decisions involving a client are made by someone other than the founder, and a log is kept.
16. Sponsors who become clients
An AISBA or aisba.ai sponsor may become a client only if it enters through the public funnel; the relationship is disclosed to aisba's co-founding partners within seven days and listed on this page; the founder is recused from any aisba decision concerning that sponsor; the sponsor acknowledges in writing that the client relationship buys no influence in aisba; and aisba's "sponsors get no influence" promise is reaffirmed in the sponsor agreement. If the partners object, the client is declined.
17. Annual conflict statement
Each year the founder publishes a statement listing clients who are aisba members, sponsors or Tuvoli-related (with their consent, or in aggregate), the recusals made and any complaints received, countersigned by the Index reviewer or a partner representative.
18. Enforcement
Any breach is reported to the aisba partners and remedied publicly. Persistent conflict triggers the exit option in Part A or the founder stepping back from one role.
Part C — Our own content
19. Self-ranked lists
We do not publish "best AEO agencies" lists that include us. Any comparison we publish that involves our own category discloses our interest at the top and uses checkable criteria.
20. One client per segment per market
We take one client per segment per primary market; conflicts are declared, not managed quietly.
21. How to report a concern
Use the contact form. We will respond within five business days and publish material corrections. This policy is agreed in writing with aisba's co-founding partners — Tuvoli, NATA and Embry-Riddle — before launch, and is published on both aisaysyou.com and aisba.ai.
Part D — Tuvoli and other commercial interests of the founder
Tuvoli, a charter platform, is a co-founder of AISBA. 1 Its business is charter sourcing, booking and payments.
22. Tuvoli
The founder's position regarding Tuvoli will be stated here once confirmed in writing to aisba's co-founding partners. Until then, every restriction that would apply if the founder had an interest applies: no charter sourcing, booking or payments platform is accepted as a client, and that category is excluded from the Index.
23. Other interests
The founder's other commercial roles are listed here: to be confirmed; until then the rule below applies to any company in which the founder holds a role or shareholding. Any company in that list, and any company that competes directly with it, is (a) excluded from the public Index segment it trades in, with the exclusion stated in every edition; (b) not accepted as a client; (c) not the subject of any comparison page we publish. Where an exclusion would leave a segment table incomplete, the independent reviewer scores that segment blind and says so in the review note.
24. Data access
Client panels and competitor teardowns in a segment where the founder has another interest are handled by a named person other than the founder, and the client is told this in the statement of work.
Default rule, so the policy holds whichever way the owner answers: the founder's companies and their direct competitors are outside the Index client-marker logic entirely — they are excluded, not marked — and the founder is recused from any decision touching them. The unset state is the restrictive case, never the permissive one.
